How your journey starts

Meet 1 on 1 with your trainer for an individualized consultation and goal setting session.  This is completely confidential and geared towards your needs and wants.

Programming – before you even start your first workout, your trainer will plan your entire workout program with specific milestones set for you to progress towards.

Work the plan – get results with consistent actions and sessions completed each week.

Exercise Programming

Maybe you don’t need 1 on 1 attention every workout. Instead, you might need a program designed specifically to help you meet your goals?

With our programming option we design all your workouts, teach them to you and then you track your progress on our custom app each time you complete a workout on your own.

Includes:

  • Exercise videos paired with all your exercises incase you forget what ipsilateral bird dog is
  • Monthly check-ins with your coach
  • Goal setting and bench mark measurements (optional)
