Our group classes offer a fusion of interval based cardio, strength/resistance training and core strengthening movements. You’ll never complete the same class as they change for every workout. What kind of results can I expect?

Our members have seen amazing results in a very short time.  We’ve had clients lose weight, lose body fat, increase their cardio, strength, flexibility and core strength.  We’ve also had clients go on to do Ironman’s and marathons!

Who are these classes designed for?

Our classes are designed for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts – all the same.  We can manage this range in abilities because classes are limited to 20 people per class and they are always led by one of our fabulous instructors.  And if you’re new to exercise, our instructors will provide you with lots of 1 on 1 attention.

How does the waitlist work?

If you’re on a class waitlist and a spot opens up within 12 hours of class, you will be automatically added to the class and notified by email that you made it in.

How many people in a class?

There is a max of 20 participants in each class.

Are there showers?

Unfortunately, we do not have showers on site.  There is a private change room, however.

Is there parking?

We have tons of parking on site and we’re conveniently located near Hwy 403 and the Queen Street mountain access.

Do I get billed for not showing up?

If you cancel outside of 12 hours before your class, we do not charge. We do charge $10 for late cancels and now shows, however.  The reason is our classes are limited to 20 participants.  So if you commit to a class, we’ll hold you accountable to show up.
