Brian Humphrey

Throughout Brian’s life he has focused his time and energy on helping those around him achieve their highest self.

In 2010, Brian was the recipient of the Philanthropist of the Year award in Hamilton having founded the Climb for Cancer which has raised over half a million dollars since it’s inaugural event in 2006.

The Climb for Cancer is an annual fundraiser taking place in Hamilton that promotes the importance of physical activity while giving back to the Juravinski Cancer Centre. Brian now serves on the HHS – JCC Foundation board.

As a passionate coach and advocate for health and wellness, Brian has extensive training in all areas of health and fitness. His experience ranges from training professional athletes to being a community partner with local secondary schools as well as the general population.

Brian has lead group classes for over 10 years helping his clients overcome a variety of different barriers. From injuries to lack of time and motivation, Brian makes fitness fun and enjoyable while creating ways for everyone to feel comfortable and push to their own potential.

On his off hours Brian leads an in-depth training program as a training officer and volunteer firefighter in the town of Jarvis where he currently resides. It’s clear that Brian spends every waking moment inspiring others to do the things that inspire them. Brian believes it all starts with you.
