Get active with a great group of people

We’ve created a number of different clubs that focus on creating opportunities to get active with a group of people, led by an instructor and with a purpose of moving our bodies.

Breakfast Club

THU at 6:30AM

Breakfast Club is a circuit training based class that takes place at Momentum and combines resistance training, core exercises and cardio intervals. This class is designed for people of all fitness levels and exercises can be modified to fit your ability.

Climb Club

WED at 6:30PM

We start each session with a dynamic warm-up followed by progressive cardio workouts using the stairs. Each session finishes with a cool-down and a breakdown. Inquire for stair locations. Starts April 5th through May 10th.

Walk Club

WED at 6:30PM

At Walk Club we take advantage of all the great Dundas walkways in the town and in the beautiful residential areas. Walk Club is the perfect club for anyone looking for a light to moderate way to add exercise to their lifestyle.

Run Club

SAT at 9AM (Dundas)
SUN at 9AM (Downtown)

Run Club is our signature club that meets at Momentum and then ventures out to run the best road and trail routes in Dundas and downtown Hamilton. Run Club is geared towards runners of all levels. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned runner, we will help you progress to a goal race at the end of the season.

Hike Club

WED at 6:30PM

Not unlike Walk Club, Hike Club takes advantage of all the great trails in Dundas. It’s such a great opportunity to meet with other members at the club and venture around the escarpment trails that we are so fortunate to have in Dundas. Hike Club is great for all levels, but there are some hills which might be difficult at first for some participants.
